The deadline to book within the room block is November 10, 2025, so if you intend to utilize the discounted rate, make sure you book prior to this date.
Flight
Lexington Bluegrass Airport is the closest airport for our out of town guests who will be flying. However, the Louisville and Cincinnati airports are options that may provide more flexibility for flight schedules and airlines, and both are about an hour from Lexington.
