Annie and Mary Elizabeth met when ME visited Mammoth Lakes for the first time, back in September of 2021. However, Annie met Eddie at birth, because she's his sister! Annie is badass, and sporty, and authentic in all the best ways--and ME was so intimidated to meet her for the first time! Despite her oozing coolness, Annie never acted too cool for ME, and the two hit it off. They've enjoyed regular trips to visit one another, whether in CA or TN.

Marissa and Mary Elizabeth have known each other since their freshman year of college, but they became besties upon moving in together junior year. Living together on campus in Malibu led to sharing an apartment with their friend Emily and Marissa's hairless cat, Leo, in Bloomington, IN, during Covid. No amount of miles can keep these girls apart.

Kara was the first person Mary Elizabeth met at college--both online and in person! The two had talked on Facebook about rooming together, only to decide to go separate ways. Good thing fate had better plans and put them in the same freshman suite! From college suite mates to Nashville next-door neighbors, these two are stuck like glue for a lifetime.

Anne-Marie and Mary Elizabeth met in Nashville a few years back when AM was selling her handmade art at a local market. After a friendship infatuation and an Instagram DM, the two got coffee and became instant friends. The years to follow have included lake days, camping trips, sleepovers, and monthly movie nights--and now a wedding!

Anna and Mary Elizabeth met when Anna moved to Charleston, SC, their seventh grade year. What started out as a student-shadowing relationship quickly turned into a decade + long friendship, from school dances to sleepovers and dinner parties. During Covid, Mary Elizabeth and her college friends Marissa and Emily even moved to Anna's college town of Bloomington, IN. They just couldn't stay away from each other!

Gracean and Mary Elizabeth met in kindergarten. You heard that right; they've been coasting on the sweetness of a 20+ year friendship. Mary Elizabeth remembers getting a haircut to match Gracean in the fourth grade; playing with American Girl Dolls in Gracean's childhood bedroom; being together on the cheer team throughout high school; being bridesmaids in their friend McRae's wedding together; and so much more!

Cat and Mary Elizabeth made friends in art class, second grade. However, it wasn't until middle school that ME was practically living at Cat's house on the weekends. The girls routinely made snacks for Cat's dog and hamsters, watched old romcoms, and made note of their infamous inside jokes. They still grab Sonic together whenever back home in Charleston.

Chloe and Mary Elizabeth became friends when Chloe moved to Charleston, SC, their freshman year of high school. The two bonded over their shared love of Ariana Grande and doing makeup. Before Mary Elizabeth could drive, Chloe would drive her to all of their friend events, blasting their beloved pop-princess, Ari. Chloe moved to Nashville for a year post-college, and the two reconnected!
McRae Jimenez

McRae and Mary Elizabeth have known each other since first grade, but the two became deeper friends in middle and high school. McRae and ME captained and co-captained their varsity cheerleading team together. They shared their faith. They had deep conversations and deep love for one another. Some things never change, including their connection! Mary Elizabeth was honored to be a bridesmaid in McRae's own wedding. These two are connected forever!
