We visited Dreams Sapphire in January 2023. Once you are on resort property, pretty much everything is free, including all meals, alcohol, room service, and much of the on property entertainment. Neither of us touched our wallets the entire time... plus the food and cocktails are delicious! There are excursions from the resort that cost extra, but you can have an amazing vacation just staying on the property (we did!).
YES! We want everyone to have a great time and ideally make a vacation out of this trip. Please feel free to bring a date, a best friend, or anyone you would like to spend a few days in Mexico with. If you love them, we will love them!
The short answer is yes, there are plenty of hotels and resorts in the area, however, to attend the wedding you would need a day pass to the Dreams Sapphire resort. The passes are around $100 per day. We would prefer everyone stay at the same resort to maximize the time we get to spend with all of you, but that decision is up to you.
We are hosting an adult-only reception, but chose a family-friendly resort so that everyone could bring their kids if they want. The resort has a kids club for children ages 3-12. It has fun activities from 9am-10pm, including arts and crafts, a playground, and "a camping adventure on the beach". They also have childcare available for during the wedding.
