This special group rate will be available until August 17th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Hotel Check-in time: After 3PM. Check-out time: 12PM. Reservations can be made by using the below link or calling the Hotel directly Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. For individuals to receive the established group rate, they must identify themselves as members of the "Peterson/Heimerman Wedding Room Block" when making the reservation. All reservations must be received by the group's cut-off date and guaranteed with a credit card.
