The event is down stairs at Buffalo Phill's restaurant. You DO NOT need to check in with the host at the restaurant. Go to the right of the hostess area up the stairs and down stairs to your right. Or go to the left of the hostess area up the ramp or stairs and use the elevators to go down 1 floor.
