Nashville is likely the easiest place to have a direct flight. The drive to Owensboro is just under 2 hours.

Louisville is another good airport option, especially if you're looking for a smaller airport or want to spend time in the Louisville area on the Bourbon Trail. Approximately an hour and a half drive to Owensboro.
