Hotel
A block of rooms has been reserved for our guests at a discounted rate. Please reference the Hansen-Conn wedding when making your reservation or book directly via the link below. Reservations must be made before September 21 in order to be eligible for the group rate of $109/night. In the event that this block has reached capacity, additional accommodations are available at the nearby Hampton Inn Gallatin (see below).
Shuttle
October 23, 2021 4:30 pm - 10:30 pm
A complementary shuttle will be running between the Hilton Garden Inn and Long Hollow Gardens. Shuttle start and end times will be announced soon. For those that plan on driving or renting a car, there is plenty of free parking at the venue. However, cars are not permitted to stay on the lot overnight. We recommend using the shuttle service or a ride-sharing app like Uber or Lyft.

Flight
Nashville International Airport (BNA) is located 15-20 minutes from Downtown Nashville and 30 minutes from our venue/hotel in Gallatin, TN.
Travel Note
We hope that our out-of-town guests will take advantage of all that Nashville has to offer! Although we have chosen to reserve a block of rooms closer to our venue, please let us know if you would like additional lodging (or restaurant!) recommendations located in in the city.
