Things To Do

Crane Beach

290 Argilla Road, Ipswich, MA

If the weather's nice this is a gorgeous spot for a beach day! Pack a lunch or grab a bite to eat from the snack stand and spend your afternoon at one of the North Shore's most beautiful beaches. When you arrive, drive past the main entrance to the estate that you used for the reception. The road will take you directly to the main entrance to the beach parking lot. Please note that there is a small entry fee for each vehicle.

Freedom Trail

Freedom Trail, Boston, MA 02114

If you're interested in seeing the most historic sites in Boston, follow the Freedom Trail through the different city neighborhoods. You'll be able to follow a brick path along the local sidewalks that will take you directly to some of the most famous backdrops of early US history. The Old North Church, Paul Revere House, and Bunker Hill Monument are just a few examples of what you can see on this route.

North End

Boston, MA

For a delicious meal and old neighborhood charm, head over to Boston's original Italian neighborhood, the North End. You can't go wrong with the food in this part of town, but two of our favorite restaurants are La Familia Giorgio's and Benevento's. After dinner, head around the corner to Mike's Pastry for dessert (cash only).

Boston Common

139 Tremont Street, Boston, MA 02111
, (617) 635-4505

Located just adjacent to the Public Garden, this is a large outdoor park in the heart of the city. Here you can rent a paddle boat or explore on foot.

John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum

Columbia Point, Boston, MA 02125
, (617) 514-1600

This is located just south of downtown Boston, but is a fantastic museum honoring the life and legacy of President John F Kennedy. There is a small fee for admissions, but if you're interested in history, it is well worth the cost. We recommend spending about 1.5-2 hours here.

Boston Public Garden

4 Charles Street, Boston, MA 02116
, (617) 635-4505

Centrally located in the heart of downtown Boston, this is a beautiful garden with easy access to shopping and dining.

Lexington & Concord

Lexington, MA

If you enter either of these towns into your GPS, you'll find a wealth of history and visitor centers in each location that can guide you through the historic sites. When you're done exploring, there are several shops and restaurants in each town to grab a bite to eat. We recommend stopping by the Old North Bridge in Concord, where you'll find the location of the first official battle of the American Revolution.
