4:10pm 1st shuttle from the hotel to the reception
4:40pm 2nd shuttle
5pm Reception starts
5:30 Grand Entrance
6pm Dinner
7pm Dancing & Dessert
8:30pm 1st shuttle back to the hotels & every hour on the 30 until 11:30
Clean up will begin around 11pm, we have to have everything broken down & cleaned up by midnight
