Alek and I first met when I was 19 and he was 20. Two of our college friends, Tara and Justin, were dating at the time (they're now married!) and coordinated a night out for Tara's girl friends and Justin's guy friends. Luckily for me, Alek sat next to me and struck up an easy conversation. I remember loving the elongated "o's" and "a's" of his Minnesotan accent. I invited him to Pi Phi's formal a few weeks later and the rest is history.

Years later, Alek and I live together in San Francisco, CA. We spend our free-time playing tennis, grabbing dinner with friends, and attending concerts whenever possible. We truly feel like we've grown from kids to adults together. We are so excited for this next chapter!
