Wedding Day Transportation

To help you celebrate with us, we are providing complimentary motor coach transportation (via Mears) on August 23, 2026, to and from our wedding events. Please arrive at your resort's designated pickup spot 5–10 minutes prior to the departure times below: 10:45 AM – Pop Century Resort (Main Lobby) 11:05 AM – Port Orleans Riverside (Main Lobby) 11:20 AM – Polynesian Village Resort (Main Lobby) Guests staying at the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa - The Wedding Pavilion is located right next door! You can take a short, scenic walk through the resort property directly to the ceremony. How to Spot Your Ride Look for the Mears Motor Coach featuring the Roehrig/Feminella Wedding sign. A coordinator—typically wearing a yellow polo shirt and black pants or shorts—will be at each resort entrance to help guide you. Post-Ceremony & Return Shuttles To the Reception: Immediately following the ceremony, the motor coach will transport everyone to the Grand Floridian Convention Center for the pre-reception. End of the Night: The event concludes at 6:00 PM, with the final bus departing at 6:15 PM to return guests to the Polynesian, Port Orleans Riverside and Pop Century Resorts.
