Please RSVP no later than August 1st. You can do this by scanning the QR code on the back of your invitation, or on the RSVP section of this website!
There will be ample parking available, located to the left of the barn, as you pull in to the venue. There will be golf carts with attendants available to escort guests to the ceremony site, if needed.
Please plan to 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony time, to allow ample time to get parked, and be seated at the ceremony site. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. If you should arrive once the ceremony has started, please kindly wait until the ceremony is finished to join us for cocktail hour and our reception!
Due to venue capacity, please only bring a plus one if it is listed on your invitation. We hope you understand!
We want you to be comfortable! Dressy casual attire is suggested, but anything from Sunday's best to cocktail attire is welcomed!
We have hired a professional to capture our ceremony, so we kindly ask that you do not take photos during that time. We encourage and welcome all photo taking during cocktail hour and the reception! There will be QR codes placed at each table for you to scan and upload your pictures! We cannot wait to see our big day from all of your point of views!
If you choose to forego using our wedding as an adult only date night, there will be some activities available for your kiddos (yard games outdoors, etc). Please keep in mind that there is a lake at the venue with Florida wildlife present. Our contract with the venue firmly states that all parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times, indoor and outdoors. Thank you for your help with this! While we adore every one of your children, due to venue restrictions and liability, aside from immediate family and bridal party, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 years old. We hope that you understand and are able to join us in celebrating our big day!
