It was the summer of 2015 when Maryanne & Alex's love blossomed. They were both trekking through the desert of Las Vegas searching miles and miles for water. And boyyyy was Alex thirsty. But so was Maryanne... When she set eyes on him, the sun was beaming against his glistening, bronzed body. She thought to herself "who is this spicy Italian stallion?" It turns out she was just suffering from sun poisoning and wasn't seeing clearly. Behind that stallion was Alex, eyes full of hope and hands full of chicken tenders. They had both somehow ended up at a place called Wet Republic where the music was loud and the drinks were bottomless. Fully hydrated, they chatted it up and shared some laughs, sweat and digits. At the end of this weekend desert encounter, they parted ways not knowing that 1 year later they would both be lost again in another desert called Coachella. This time they remembered to bring water but for some reason they were both still so thirsty. Fast forward to a year of visits between Los Angeles and New York City, a cross-country move and infinite amounts of fun together, here we are almost 7 years later! We can't wait to celebrate our big day with all of you!
