October 12th, 2026, is the cutoff date for the group rate. After that all rooms will be normal rate.

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel and venue

Yes, a shuttle will be provided. The shuttle will provide two trips to the venue and two trips back to the hotel. More information will be provided on this closer to the date.
