Club Mobay provides VIP concierge and lounge services at Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay. These services can be booked individually or as a "bundle" for both arrival and departure. VIP Arrival Service This service is designed to expedite the entry process into Jamaica. Personalized Greeting: A representative meets you upon disembarking the aircraft, often holding a personalized sign. Fast-Track Processing: You are escorted through a dedicated priority lane for Immigration and Customs, bypassing general lines. Baggage Assistance: The representative assists with luggage identification and retrieval at baggage claim. Arrival Lounge Access: Before heading to your resort, you can wait in a private arrival lounge featuring high-speed Wi-Fi, snacks, beverages (including Jamaican patties and Red Stripe beer), and private restrooms. Ground Transportation Coordination: Staff help coordinate with your pre-booked ground transportation provider and escort you to your vehicle. VIP Departure Service This service provides a premium environment to relax before your flight.
