Question
How & When should I RSVP?
Answer
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab here on our website and type your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending". We kindly request that you submit your RSVP by August 10th, 2024. This ensures that we will have enough time to communicate with all of our vendors within a respectful timeframe. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining.

What attire should I wear?
Answer
The dress code is cocktail/semi-formal attire. We ask that guests wear all-black attire (excluding men's white dress shirts).

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to a limited capacity at our venue, we cannot accommodate additional guests. All invited members will appear in the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors, while the cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us, so get ready to celebrate! Our wedding bar will be open for beer, wine, vodka, and rum during cocktail hour and the reception. Other liquors will be available for purchase for guests who would like something different. Unfortunately, shots will not be available per venue rules. The bar will also be open prior to the ceremony at the guest's expense.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We do not want anyone drinking and driving. Urban 501 allows guests to leave their vehicles overnight and pick them up the next morning by 9 am. Because the venue is out of town, we recommend booking a hotel room at MyPlace and utilizing Uber or Lyft to get to your room safely (10-minute drive).

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only (17+) event with the exception of one child in our immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!
