I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely, please make a note in the RSVP section about food allergies and dietary restrictions.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and family” we expect your family. If your invitation does not say that, we DO NOT expect to see anyone else.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue has an open lot that is designated for cars, we recommend staying at a nearby hotel and taking a car service.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

20 minutes before hand, so you can get a good seat and mingle.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there is a Welcome Party. Sep. 22, 2026. A small event to welcome everyone to town and start the festivities off on the right foot.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we have a registry through Zola, Amazon, and Crate and Barrel. We also have a honeymoon fund, but anything is appreciated.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Most people will be wearing traditional attire for the Nigerian wedding, however it is not a requirement. The American wedding is formal/black tie. If you need inspiration there is a guest look book for both weddings.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There is a travel page on the wedding website for hotel accommodations. The listed hotels will be within 15 minutes of the venue.
