We recommend booking early as we have a large number of out of town guests.  We'll add more hotel options, if necessary, as we get closer.  

The room block at the DoubleTree has rooms at a discounted rate for two nights - Friday, Saturday 03/04 and 03/05, and for just one night, Saturday, 03/05 - make sure to adjust your reservation accordingly.
