The ceremony begins at 10am Central. The ceremony location is toward the top of the mountain so guests may wish to arrive early to allow time to drive to the ceremony site and park. Family involved in pictures before the ceremony will be asked to arrive earlier.
For the ceremony there should be signs at the venue indicating where to go. When you get to the pavilion where the wedding is taking place there should be a grassy area with some trees where guests are welcome to park. I believe the venue will aid in directing you should you need assistance. For the reception following, you are welcome to drive a little bit down the mountain and park at the barn where the festivities will be held.
Not really! We want your comfort to be the top priority but we’d welcome sundresses, collared shirts, jeans or slacks, blouses, etc. But we want you there no matter what you wear. The ceremony is outside under a covered pavilion so make sure to check the weather the day of the event. Reception will be held in a climate controlled barn.
Check the registry tab on our website for a combined view of our registries or search Amazon registries for Samuel Donahue and Mary Carr.
Absolutely! Kids of all ages are welcome to attend. We have an activity table planned and there’s a playground right outside the barn where the reception will be held.
If you want to bring a date not originally invited please reach out to us directly so we can ensure we have a place for them.
Yes! Check out the travel page on our wedding website for a list of accommodation options.
Yep! For the ceremony follow the signs to the pavilion and park in the field between the trees. For the reception head back down the mountain and park in the parking lot outside the barn.
Nothing official but if you need help with transportation we can facilitate car pooling and get you connected with a ride.
