Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white.

Question

Can I bring a date/guest?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. If you don't, please respect our wishes as we're trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, due to space constraints, we are only able to accommodate the children of close family and friends at our wedding. Invitations will include the names of the children who are invited.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Please plan accordingly and have a way to get home safely.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at Conservatory at Evergreen about 35 mins southwest of Westfield, IN. The ceremony will be held indoor, followed by a cocktail hour outdoors, and the reception will take place indoors.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. For those who were sent a physical invite, you can mail your RSVP back to us!

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by July 18th!

Question

What if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and venue exact numbers by a certain date. Please RSVP as soon as possible!

Question

Is there a parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking in front of the venue.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before our 5pm ceremony time. This gives us enough time to be on schedule, and help our guests that may need extra assistance finding their seat.

Question

Where should I stay for the wedding weekend?

Answer

We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! Please visit our "Travel & Accommodations" tab to see hotels in the area.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Please check our "Wedding Gifts" section for more information.
