Please RSVP by August 1.
The ceremony will begin at 4 PM. You are welcome to arrive at the camp any time after 1:30 PM on Saturday for lawn games and strolling around the grounds until you feel at home!
We have a set amount of food being catered by the camp, as well as a set number of beds for staying over, so unfortunately we cannot accommodate anyone who is not on the guest list :(
Please reply to the dietary restriction question in your RSVP if you have a dietary restriction or allergy. Feel free to text Mary or email chamweddingstuff@gmail.com with any questions!
You can either send a check to Mary & Nick at home (text for address) or venmo Mary @MaryChamard on our prior to August 1. **PLEASE NOTE that we cannot guarantee any one kind of cabin- they are all different sizes with different amenities and bed sizes. There are only 10 actual houses on the camp, and the rest are bunk cabins of the kind you may remember from your summer camp days of yore. If you have particular needs for your stay, we'd kindly suggest that you consider staying off-site. **
- Sheets (or you can choose to rent for $18/person, which includes sheets, pillow, pillow case and blanket) - Blankets/sleeping bags (the cottages aren't heated. We are attempting to track down rental heaters, but if you have one yourself feel free to bring it! September 28th in Maine could be 75 degrees or 50 degrees, so keep an eye on the weather) - Towels - Shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, etc. - Snacks - Comfortable clothes to relax in during the day on Saturday and Sunday morning - Socks and layers
I'm sure you're not the only one- send me (Mary, did you think Nick was writing these?) a text or email chamweddingstuff@gmail.com and I'll add it up here along with the answer.
