Is there a dress code?

Please dress in cocktail attire. Nuptial Mass: To express reverence for the Sacrament, we ask that your dress reflect the dignity of the Mass and the true presence of Our Lord in the Eucharist. Reception: Bring those country boots for dancing under the stars!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the Church at least 15 minutes before the mass begins to find a seat.

Do you have any lodging recommendations?

Answer

There is ample room to camp at Phantom Lake Ranch, and we invite you to take advantage of the natural beauty of Red Feather Lakes at no cost! The ranch will be open beginning Thursday for anyone who would like to set up before the wedding. Campgrounds will remain open through Sunday. Please indicate in your RSVP if you plan to camp. Red Feather Lakes also offers additional campgrounds, lodging options, and cabin rentals nearby. For guests who prefer hotel accommodations, Fort Collins offers a wide variety of hotels and motels located within about an hour of the venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be gluten, dairy, and nut-free options for both dinner and dessert.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot near the reception tent, though space is limited, so we strongly encourage carpooling whenever possible. Please follow your GPS to 684 Phantom Ranch Road, Red Feather Lakes, Colorado 80545, where you will be directed to the designated parking area. The reception tent will be within walking distance of the parking.
