Logan and I met about 6 1/2 years ago while working at Lifetime Fitness as lifeguards for the summer. I did not think someone as sweet and attractive as Logan would ever be interested in me! When he asked me on a date, I was shocked and VERY nervous. All it took was a short lunch and we were both hooked! We dated for 6 months in High School. I remember watching him play at his homecoming football game (he made an amazing sack), and I loved slow dancing in his high school gym. I remember going skeet shooting for the first time (I shot nothing) and laughing at really stupid movies in my basement. Sadly, we both went our separate ways for college. Logan majored in mechanical engineering at the University of South Alabama, and I majored in microbiology at Auburn University. Thankfully, Logan decided to participate in an internship and ended up graduating in 2019. I had just finished applying for medical school. I had my heart set on South Alabama. As all pre-med students do, I posted a picture on Instagram to announce my acceptance. Logan was still at South and he congratulated me on my accomplishment. I knew I needed help finding a place to live. Who better to help me then a student from South! I reached out to ask if Logan knew anywhere that was good to live around Mobile. We decided to meet up for breakfast to talk. I knew I wanted to see him again and he agreed to meet with me while I was in Mobile to help me find a house. We spent the whole time laughing and reminiscing! We soon started visiting each other every chance we got until I was finally in Mobile! Now, after 6 1/2 years, I get to marry the love of my life and my soulmate. I cannot wait to continue our story!
We met In high school while life guarding during the summer. I had to do a double take when she walked out on the pool deck because I had never seen someone so beautiful. I knew I had to get a closer look so I introduced myself and we started talking. Shortly after, we started dating and had a great time getting to know each other. She was my first real girlfriend and the first girl I loved. We had a lot of fun together and made many fond memories during our high school years. Unfortunately, we went our separate ways during college; she went to Auburn and I went to South Alabama. We reconnected during our senior years in college thankfully due to one of her posts on social media where she announced her decision to go to South Alabama instead of UAB for medical school. I spent almost every weekend going to visit her in Auburn and we started dating again. I couldn’t believe it, she was just as beautiful as ever. I knew she was the girl I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. I still can’t believe how lucky I am to call her my fiancé (and soon to be wife).
