The day we met will go down in the books as the most remembered. Living in a small town almost everyone knows everyone. We met through friends. It was just like the movies when our eyes met time stopped and the world as we knew it would change in a matter of seconds. From asking a girl to dance in the middle of a stranger's living room to the first kiss of jumping over a couch to be next to her. Our night ended with a simple kiss and a phone number.
4 days later left with still a phone number and a few messages we begain to talk again, knowing we needed to be next to each other. We met on a Thursday. Monday they hung out till 2 in the morning just laughing and enjoying the each other's company. Tuesday Mary asked lin-z to go out to Vegas. By next Thursday we were driving out to Las Vegas. One week after we met we were living it up in Vegas getting matching tattoos. We hadn't left each other side since.
We knew we were ment to be with each other. She is my one and I am hers. 4 months to the day of our first meeting, she opened a Christmas present that would change both of us forever. Lindsey got down on one knee and asked Mary to be hers for a lifetime. Mary cried and said yes. The moment we both had been waiting for, their whole lives.
6 months had gone by and they both wanted a change. We decided to move all the way across the country just because, to start a new, and become an even stronger family. Moving from California to Tennessee, with only what fit in the car, our daughter Johnnie (age11) and our two dogs. March 7 th 2017 we stayed the night in our first house .
On April 15th of 2019 Mary and Lindsey will make the commitment of a lifetime. Saying our vows to each other binding their love forever. We are having our ceremony in the placed were we knew our love was true, Las Vegas Nevada. It is a distance that is for sure, but it is our favorite memory. Going to Vegas 3 times since we met we have made it our own by getting matching tattoos every time. Come help us celebrate our love story by visiting the city of lights and seeing what love truly is about.
