Grenada has one airport at the southern end of the island that is only a 15min drive to Grand Anse. Grand Anse is a popular tourist area with lots of hotels, restaurants and a beautiful beach. There are direct flights to Grenada from Miami, New York and Boston (saturdays only). There are plenty of taxis waiting at the airport upon arrival to take you to your hotels and they accept US dollars however the main currency is EC - East Caribbean dollar. There are rental car companies too. FYI Grenadians drive on the left side of the road.
