We met in our 7th grade media class. Julia was watching Homestuck YouTube videos on her computer when Mary came up behind her and said, "Is that Terezi from Homestuck?" Julia turned around and said, "Yes, oh my god, I'm gonna marry you." That one-off joke has ever-since been a reminder of our kinship and silliness together. And we held true to that promise of marrying each other. So, thanks Mr. Burak, for letting us watch YouTube videos in class that day, as it forever changed the trajectory of our lives!
