When should I respond by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is May 1st, 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide our venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, and we are sure you can understand.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you have received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed in your invitation.

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who have been invited.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Mary will stop the ceremony if she sees a phone...so don't let that happen. Other than the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like.

Will there be an open bar?

Duh! There will be welcome drinks before the ceremony and an open bar all night. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!

How Should I dress?

Answer

Dress to impress! Think cocktail attire. However, we want all of our guests to be comfortable.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. Dinner and reception will be held inside. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day!

Will there be transportation?

Answer

There will be a shuttle available to guests staying at the Courtyard Danbury to and from the venue. Pick up at the hotel is at 4:00PM, and second shuttle is 4:30. Pick up after the celebration is 11 PM, and drops guests off at the hotel at 11:15 PM.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! The after party will be at Barbarie’s, located right next to our hotel. Transportation will bring you there—feel free to join us for one last drink before heading up to your room.
