Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we kindly ask for you to follow our Black Tie Optional dress code. For men, this could mean a tuxedo or a dark, well-tailored suit. For women, it could be a floor-length gown or a formal cocktail dress. We want to see everyone in their best dressed!

We adore your little ones, but we’re keeping this an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

We’d love to celebrate with all of our favorite people, but we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 12:45PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00pm this is a traditional Catholic wedding so you don't want to be late! Reception will begin at 5:00pm.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

No, they are not. The ceremony will take place at St. Ignatius of Antioch Catholic Church, as we’re having a traditional Catholic wedding. The reception will follow at The Aviator starting at 5PM. Both locations are within a short drive of the hotel, and directions will be provided on the website and in your invitation details.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle that will take guests from the Hilton Garden Inn to the reception. The shuttle will run until midnight.

What do I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We understand there is a significant gap between the ceremony and reception. Please visit the the "Things to Do" page to find some ways to kill time before the reception or ask Frank and Mary and they will tell you about their favorite spots!
