A 10 minute ferry ride from downtown Tiburon, Angel Island is a great day trip for biking, hiking and enjoying the fresh air!
Ferry to SF Ferry Building
The Ferry Plaza Farmers Market is open Saturdays from 8am - 2pm. The Ferry Building has a lot of shops and restaurants to wander in and out of.
Rustic Bakery
One of our favorite cafes for morning coffee, croissants and baked goods. In the afternoon, their salads, sandwiches and soups really hit the spot.

A favorite morning spot, loved by all the locals so you know it's good. Classic breakfast items and a cheerful staff.

Our first date was spent at this cute and cozy spot in Mill Valley with delicious fare (the burger is great!) and tasty local beers.

Some of the best wood-fired pizza you've ever had, worth the drive! If you're feeling brave, try a Bourbon Slush and stay for the frozen yogurt with caramel sauce.

A beautiful spot to hike atop Mount Tamalpais. So beautiful that it's Mary's favorite place in the world to run.
