FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

In the Tridentine Rite, marriage vows are exchanged at the very beginning of Mass. We expect to begin as soon as the 2pm church bells ring, so we recommend arriving around 1:30pm. This way you can find a comfortable seat and enjoy the lovely music while you wait.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking surrounding Holy Trinity Church. At the reception, you will be directed to parking areas near the barn. The ground outside can be soft, so maybe bring a change of shoes if you have high heels.

Question

Can I bring a date or children?

Answer

Everyone is welcome to attend the Mass! We would love to have you. However, due to limited space at the reception, please talk to us if you would like to bring someone who is not already listed on your invitation. We want everyone to have a seat and something to eat!

Question

What COVID precautions will be taken?

Answer

The ceremony will be held in a large, beautiful church with high ceilings. Inside, people will be able to distance themselves from others if desired and will be given the option to wear a mask (please bring your own). The reception is in a spacious venue with large barn doors, allowing for more air flow and, providing good weather, the ability to spread out. No one will be required to wear a mask, but we ask our guests to make choices that are best for them and their situations. We request that everyone be respectful of each other and their decisions.

Question

Who should I contact if I need more information?

Answer

If you have any questions other than what we've listed here, please reach out to Amy, mother of the bride: fmstorey@yahoo.com
