What is the dress code for the wedding?

Our wedding dress code is semi-formal. Please wear something comfortable but elegant for the occasion. We want you to feel great while celebrating with us!

We love kids, but we’ve decided to make this a kid-free celebration. We hope you understand and are able to enjoy the day as adults!

Is there a hotel block for guests?
Answer
We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Holiday Inn Auburn, located at 120 Grass Valley Highway, Auburn, CA and SpringHill Suites Auburn, located at 13535 Bowman Road, Auburn, CA. To book a room, please use the link provided under the travel tab on our wedding website (book by April 20 to secure the group rate). The hotels are about 20-25 mins from the venue.

What is the weather like in June?
Answer
June in Cool, CA is typically warm. Please plan for the warmth and be sure to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and anything else you might need to stay comfortable and "cool" while celebrating with us!

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue on the wedding day?
Answer
Yes! We are providing transportation to and from the venue on the wedding day to make it easier for our guests to join us. Details about pick-up times from the selected hotels will be shared closer to the event. Please let us know if you plan to use the transportation when you RSVP so we can reserve a spot for you! Please note, while Uber and Lyft are available in the area, the venue’s location may make it challenging to secure a ride late at night. To make things easier, we highly recommend using our shuttle service or arranging a ride in advance.

Answer
Transportation will not be provided to the welcome party, so guests will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the event. Please use Uber/ Lyft/ local taxi companies or you may also drive yourself. If you need help coordinating rides, feel free to reach out!
