Utah has strict liquor laws, here are the basics to know: -Always bring your ID, they are required to scan it no matter how old you look. -Bars are strictly 21 and over. -Restaurants require you to order food to order a drink. -You can only buy spirits one drink at a time, don't be surprised if your server asks you to finish your first drink before setting down your second. -Restaurants and bars can serve draft beer up to 5% and higher ABV beers only from the can or bottle. -Doubles are not allowed, the maximum liquor pour per drink is 1.5oz. -Utah has the strictest DUI limit in the country at 0.05%
