Where should I stay?
We enjoyed staying in Lakewood, Colorado - it is outside of the city but not yet in the mountains. It is a great central location in between the city and Morrison. There seems to be many options for Airbnbs in the Lakewood area. Morrison would be an ideal location if you were trying to stay near the venue. It is about 47 minutes from the airport. Indian Hills and Kittredge are both remote towns around Morrison. Conifir and Evergreen are both mountain towns and about 20 minutes away from the venue. These towns would be perfect for someone who wanted to stay somewhere surrounded by nature. I would not consider these towns as remote, as they have options for dining, shopping, and have main roads in between them. Both towns are further from the city but still about an hour from the airport. Mary and Caleb loved the Evergreen area so much, they are recommending it to all of their family! There seems to be many options for Airbnbs in the Evergreen area. Golden is about 30 minutes from venue. It is a beautiful area surrounded by mountains with a lot of things to do. It is about 38 minutes from the airport. There seems to be many options for Airbnbs in the Golden area. If you are looking for an area to stay in the city, we have heard good reviews about staying around the River North Art District.

Spark by Hilton Lakewood Denver Southwest
This is where Caleb and Mary stayed while visiting the area in September 2025. The hotel was affordable and was good for what we needed it to be - a place to sleep. It was not the best hotel we have ever stayed at, but it was in a perfect location and allowed us to get to and from Morrison in 15 minutes. It was about 45 minutes away from the airport as well. We recommend asking for the top floor so that you don't have to worry about anyone above you.
