Mary and Austin's favorite things to do in Orange County

1. Downtown San Juan Capistrano- known for its shops, restaurants and historical mission. It also has cute thrift stores and a petting zoo. 2. San Clemente- ( Mary's favorite beach) known for its laid back atmosphere, the locals are friendly, surfing, beautiful sunsets at the pier, and lots of shops and restaurants. If you are looking for night life go to Goody's, Ole's Tavern and JD'S Kitchen and Bar. 3. Laguna Beach- (Austin's favorite beach) Known for its beautiful sunsets and scenery. Picturesque seaside cliffs and coves. One of Southern California's top beaches. World renowned art scene. There is a plethora of boutiques, art galleries and restaurants. Walk down Main Street and take in the view whilst eating a gelato from Gelato Paradiso. If you are looking for night life our favorite places to go to is The Marine Room ( always have live music) Skyloft and Brussels ( plays euro-tech music past 10pm) 4. Anaheim- Disneyland 5. Buena Park- Knotts Berry Farm Day Trips from Orange County 1. Los Angeles- If you're ok with traffic then head to Venice Beach, Santa Monica Pier, Griffith Observatory (you can see the Hollywood sign and even hike to it), The Getty Museum (Its free as long as you make reservations in advance) 2. San Diego- known for its beautiful beaches like Torrey Pines (You can watch people hang glide) , La Jolla (There are sea caves to kayak in and sooooooo many cute seals that sun bath on the beach) and the famous San Diego Zoo.
