Mary and Adrian met on March 12, 2010 at the Tradewinds Nightclub. They were both there to see Rare Essence that night. Mary was walking pass Adrian when he grabbed her hand, tickled her palm and asked how she was doing. Mary looked at her palm and back at him snatched her hand away and said fine, then walked away. Later she saw him on the dance floor dancing with another girl and thought to herself that’s the guy that tickled my palm, so she went down on the dance floor and started dancing next to him, he then turned and started dancing with her. Adrian asked Mary her name and she provided it to him and in turn asked him the same to which his response was FATTS. Mary said to him “I’m not calling you FATTS what is the name your mother named you” to which he responded Adrian. Later that night Adrian called to make sure Mary got home safe, and they have been together ever since.

On October 23, 2016, the day after my birthday. I was getting ready to go to Ballou, Adrian was dropping me off. I was in the bedroom getting dressed when he came in and started fussing at me because I wasn’t ready. Then he yelled out to his mother (I didn’t know she was in the living room) see Ma I told you she wasn’t gonna be ready. I started yelling at him you know I’m never ready, that’s when he pulled a ring box out of his pocket. It stop me from yelling, my mouth was wide open and Ms. Sherry had her phone’s camera ready. (I didn’t know that he went to mommy first to show her the ring before he asked) I was half naked so I had to pull the covers up on me cause Ms. Sherry was taking pictures LOL. He open the ring box and said to me, I love you, you are my future, I don’t see my future without you in it, so yeah I will marry you. (LOL that was his way of asking me to marry him) I laughed at him and said ok, yessss!!! He put the ring on my finger and kissed me!!!
