Wedding guests will be offered a 10% discount for reservations made on the dates listed below. Guests making reservations early may pay a lower price than guests that make reservations later. Reservation discounts are not available for the Bob Timberlake Inn at Chetola Resort. Chetola Resort has a 7-day cancellation policy. Due to the unprecedented COVID-19 impact on travel, Chetola Resort will allow worry-free reservations with 24-hour cancellations. The ONLY availability for the courtesy discount is offered by calling the Chetola Reservations Department at 800-243-8652 and referring to the wedding name & dates listed above. Special notes regarding above guest accommodations A 2-night minimum stay is required for all reservations. Chetola will offer the courtesy discount to guests as long as they have availability in accommodations and until the specified cut-off date – Monday, August 7, 2023 Pets – The 1st Floor Rooms in the Chetola Lodge are the only pet-friendly accommodations at Chetola. None of the Condos on the property accept pets.
