What is the attire?
Answer
Black Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are summery suits and cocktail dresses. Think Formal + Garden Party with florals and linens!
Question
Will there be shuttle transportation? Is there parking?
Answer
There will not be shuttle transportation since guests are staying in various locations in the Greenport and Riverhead area, and there is a large time gap between the wedding ceremony and reception party. However, there will be available parking at both the church and reception venue.
Question
What can I do between the church ceremony and the reception party?
Answer
There is about a 3 hour time gap between the church ceremony and reception party. Guests can decide what they would like to do during this time. Some guests may enjoy exploring downtown Greenport, where you can find antiquing, cafes and more! The North Fork is known for its beautiful seaside landscapes and expansive vineyards. Please see the "Things To Do" page for some suggestions. Guests may also find this time helpful for relaxing or freshening up before the reception!

Is the event inside or outside?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will take place in a church, which is fully indoors. The reception will be both indoors and outdoors. The inside of Brecknock Hall will be available to guests throughout the entire reception. Feel free to explore inside for a drink at the indoor bar, cool off in the AC, or take group photos in front of the beautiful fireplaces. Bathrooms will be located inside as well. The reception dinner and dance floor will be located outside in the backyard under a 40x100' tent. Past the tent there is a grass lawn, which will have yard games for all to participate in! Feel free to take those heels off and enjoy a game of corn hole.

Will there be Welcome Drinks the night before the wedding?
Answer
Yes! Please join us at Greenport Harbor Brewery (Peconic location) on Friday, August 1, 2025 from 7:00-9:00 PM. Drinks and lite bites will be provided. RSVP is required to attend.
