Comfortable Play Clothes
For ALL children under 16 without other childcare accommodations. Check in: Burningtree’s foyer. ID's: Parents & Children will receive matching wrist bands with name & phone number. Age Groups: Babies (Must provide own cribs, bottles, formula/milk, diapers & wipes). Adult sitters, in a quiet room downstairs. The following groups will be upstairs: Toddlers-4, 5-10 & 11-15 yrs. Vetted teenage sitters. Adult supervisors Food restrictions/allergies: Food provided will be pizza, cookies, water, & juice boxes. Restrictions/allergies will be taped to their backs with masking tape for easy identification. Any special food items will need to be brought in a bag with their name on it. Special food orders will NOT be available. Tipping sitters is encouraged and appreciated. In the unlikely event of a problem, you will be contacted immediately.
