Mary-Margaret had been in and out of the Food and Beverage Industry since she was 20 years old. She went in and out, making the promise each time that "she would never go back." Her final stop on her Food and Bev journey happened to be at Charleston Sports Pub in Mount Pleasant. She knew the owner from her days in college, so she thought it would be as good of a place as any to earn some extra money during the summer behind the bar. She had no idea the ripple effect that would come from walking in the CSP doors on that warm June day in 2018. She walked into the kitchen for her first training shift and was introduced to Adam, the kitchen manager. Adam had been with the company ever since the first CSP opened in West Ashley in 2015, going from store to store, successfully helping launch each one along the way. Mary-Margaret noticed right off the bat how talented and ambitious Adam was about his career and realized that he had big plans for his future. They hit it off immediately when they realized they shared the same sarcasm and a relative sense of humor. Flirting turned into after-work drinks, which turned into dinners, which eventually would turn into dates. Over the course of the next few months, what started off as something fun and casual, took a turn into something that was evidently more serious. Their romance has been one with many highs and many lows, but the love they have for each other has never faltered and is what has kept them together through it all. Communication and understanding got both of them through the hardships and together, they set their sights on their future, which is now going to be forever. Even Bowman approved of this new person trying to get into his mama's life, and he has grown to love Adam almost as much as she does now and forever will!
