Are Children Invited to the Wedding Events?

We love your little ones, but we’re keeping the wedding adults, only except for newborn babies. If you need childcare options, we’re happy to share a list of trusted local babysitters recommended by our Fort Collins friends!

If your guest is not listed on your invitation, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests due to space limitations. Thank you so much for understanding! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We’ll be serving dinner and some of our favorite local Fort Collins beers at the welcome dinner! Please be sure to note any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can accommodate everyone.

Yes! There will be time during the welcome dinner for anyone who would like to say a few words about the couple. We’d love to hear from you!

What Should I Wear to the Wedding?
Answer
Wear what makes you feel happy and ready to dance! Kohl will be in a suit, and Mary is wearing white; beyond that, the dress code is whatever you love and feel great in.

Where Will the Ceremony be Held?
Answer
Our ceremony will be held at Soldier Canyon Event Facility in the gorgeous setting of Lory State Park. The address is 708 Lodgepole Dr, Bellvue, CO 80512. Upon entering the park, please stop at the ranger station and let them know you’re there for the Hoyt Watson wedding. A parking pass will be provided for our guests. Please note that there are restrooms available at Soldier Canyon. Since we’ll be in a beautiful state park setting, they are more rustic park restrooms than standard indoor venue bathrooms.

What About Parking at the Reception?

The reception will be held in the Agave Room downtown, where parking is limited. We highly recommend Uber, Lyft, or carpooling to make things easy and stress-free!

The reception will feature a dinner buffet and an open bar. Please include any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Are you Offering a Hotel Block?
Answer
Due to the intimate nature of our guest list, we do not qualify for hotel blocks at most hotels. However, we’ve heard great things about the following nearby options: The Elizabeth Hotel, Autograph Collection The Armstrong Hotel Edwards House
