Our ceremony will begin at 5:00 p.m. and our reception will immediately follow. Please arrive 30 minutes early to allow for parking and seating. Both ceremony and reception will be held at Wolfe Heights Estates and Winery located at 9440 Bar du Lane, Sacramento, CA.
We kindly request a formal dress code, as we would love to see our guests dressed their best. Men should wear suits and women should wear long dresses. Please no jeans or casual attire.
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adult-only event with the exception of those listed on your invitation. If your children are invited, this will be reflected when you RSVP online. If you are unsure if your kiddos are invited, please don't hesitate to reach out. Parents should use this as an excuse for a night out!
In order to provide an accurate guest count to our venue and vendors, we kindly request that you RSVP online by Saturday, August 2nd. If you are unable to make it, please let us know as soon as possible. If you RSVP "no" or fail to RSVP entirely, you will be missed!
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only those formally invited will be accommodated. If you receive a "plus one", this will be reflected when you RSVP online, and please remember to provide the name of your date! If you are unsure if you have a "plus one", please don't hesitate to reach out.
Yes! Our venue offers a spacious parking lot for those attending. Guests are allowed to leave their vehicles overnight, but they must be picked up by 12:00 p.m. the following day. Should the venue be locked when you return, please call (916) 882-5001 to retrieve your vehicle.
Both our ceremony and reception will take place outside. We recommend not only dressing for the occasion, but for the weather. As September is usually a warm, sunny month, we will be providing parasols and/or fans for our guests that are sensitive to the sun.
During the ceremony, we request that all phones and cameras be placed away, as our photographer will capture these beautiful moments for you. During cocktail hour and reception, please feel free to take all of the pictures to capture the fun evening! Please let us know if you would like to receive photos from our wedding, and we would love to provide them to you!
Immediately following the ceremony, cocktail hour will begin. While the bride, groom, and their family are taking pictures, please help yourselves to drinks and appetizers, as well as lawn games and entertainment to get the party started!
Yes! The drinks are on us, and the hangover is on you! Please note that our venue does not allow hard alcohol, so only beer, wine, and seltzers will be served throughout the night.
