Maid of Honor
J Fish and I met freshman year at Bowling Green and instantly became best friends. We moved in with each other and were inseparable over the next several years, including during Covid. Dare to say we thrived during the pandemic... house projects, a LOT of walks around town, and daily happy hours- just us two. Wasn't a terrible setup being a homebody with your bestie!! She's the smartest, funniest, most kind-hearted person out there and will bet she'll be the first one on the dancefloor!
Matron of Honor
Claire and I went to high school together, however we became really good friends in college at BG. She rarely turns down an adventure and because of that, we've had several road trips, concerts, girls' nights out- you name it. Fun fact: I helped introduce Claire and her hubby, Greg, who have now been together for 8 years! There's no shortage of dull moments with this one and she's forever a friend you can count on!
Bridesmaid
Emily and I have been best friends since the summer before starting high school and she's truly more like a sister to me. She lights up any room and is such a beauty, both inside and out. Chip & I always look forward to our quarterly double date nights exploring new restaurants with Emily and her wonderful hubby, Jake!
Bridesmaid
Rose and I met while working at Wheeler Farms in Toledo & have been besties ever since. Our combined alter ego name is 'Rosemary' and the inside jokes are countless with this one. She's a true girl's girl and you can usually find us at the closest wine bar splitting a crisp bottle of sauv b and yapping about life for hours!
Best Man
Brian and I met during t-ball and we have essentially been brothers ever since. We took advantage of going to OU together where we left an indelible mark on Court Street. He's part city, part country (insert his love for hunting and off-road vehicles) and will be right in the mix on the dancefloor with his lovely wife, Abby!
Best Man
Grant and I became thick as thieves in third grade. He's our finance wiz, fellow OU alum (roomed with Brian), and our in-house sportsbook. Grant and I bond over many things but golf, the Bengals, and hitting parlays take the cake. He's another brother to me and has a great sense of humor. Should you see a group of guys cracking up off to the side of the dancefloor, I can bet Grant is the ringleader.
Groomsman
Nate and I have known each other since elementary school and I probably spent just as much time at the Bauer's as my own house growing up. One thing you'll need to know about Nate is that he is truly the luckiest human being alive. I'm not talking the luck involved in convincing his amazing wife, Lizzy, to marry him...I'm talking about pure luck. If there is ever a raffle, lottery, or a bet that needs to be placed, lock arms with this guy and you'll have a good chance at winning.
Groomsman
Matt and I became close during my first year of college and I've been lucky enough to call him one of my best friends for over 15 years. Matt and I have spent countless hours debating restaurants, Bengals draft picks, swing thoughts, and bands. He recently moved back to Cincinnati with his lovely wife Ellen after a few stints in Nashville and Cleveland and we're so happy he's joining us on our wedding day. Keep an eye out for his sneaky good dance moves.
Wedding Planner
We are beyond thrilled to have BLC as our wedding planner! You'll see her 'buzzing' around the entire weekend and will be the point person for any questions or issues. Brooke and I worked together for many years in the NW Ohio wedding industry and she holds a very special place in my heart. Chip & I wouldn't trust anyone else with both of our Type A brains :)
