We kindly request you to please RSVP no later than August 25th. Headcounts are due for our chosen vendors 30 days in advance; therefore, any late responses may not be able to be accommodated.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00PM so we request guests to arrive no earlier than 2:15 but no later than 2:45. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the ceremony area until after the conclusion of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring we have our special moment, uninterrupted.
We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no little ones on this day. This of course is with the exception of our Flower Girls, Zaleeiah and Zaylanie, and Ring Bearer, Zamarian. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!
Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographer is able to do their best work in capturing our big day. We kindly ask that you respect our wishes and keep personal cameras and cell phones tucked away until cocktail hour.
The first two rows of seating at our ceremony will be reserved for immediate family, but all others are open seating. There will be designated seating for the reception and there will be a seating chart up on the big day to direct you to your seat!
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for the celebration. For those who love to dress in correspondence, the wedding colors are: terracotta, sage, gold, and neutral tans. Our bridesmaids will be in floor length dresses and our groomsmen will be in suits for reference!
Unfortunately, we cannot justify paying for an open bar. We understand that some of our guests would like to enjoy a drink, so there will be a cash bar open during the cocktail hour and reception. Non-alcoholic beverages are on us though!
Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors near the vineyard, if weather permitted. The reception will be held indoors in the beautiful wine barn.
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly. If you already have RSVP'd, please contact one of us immediately for correction.
Due to our big day being on a Sunday and county guidelines, the music will stop promptly at 10:00PM.
