What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please plan to get there early, around 4pm.

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at the Lakefront Pavilion behind the Bay Pointe Inn. You will need to park in the Bay Pointe Inn’s parking lot near their restaurant and cut through the hotel.

Where is the reception?

The reception will also be at the Lake Pavilion at Bay Pointe, right next to where the ceremony will be held.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that guests dress semi-formal for the wedding. The ceremony will be wildflower themed and will take place outside in the August heat, so we encourage guests to wear lighter colors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, our venue has limited space and we are not able to offer plus ones for all of our guests. Plus ones are by invitation only, we appreciate everyone’s understanding!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

This is an adults-only wedding, we kindly request that only adult guests attend.

What if it rains?

Answer

While we’re hoping for sunshine, there is a chance it could rain the day of. The Pavilion is covered and has side panels that can come down, transforming it into a closed space.
