Yes! The resort is all-inclusive, meaning your stay includes luxury accommodations, gourmet dining, unlimited premium drinks (including cocktails and wine), daily entertainment, resort activities, and 24-hour room service—all covered in your stay. Some exclusive experiences, spa treatments, and off-site excursions may require an additional fee.

December in Playa Mujeres, Cancun, typically features warm, sunny days with temperatures ranging from 70°F to 82°F (21°C to 28°C). Evenings bring a pleasant breeze, so we recommend light, breathable clothing for the day and a light jacket or shawl for the evening. Don't forget sunscreen and sunglasses for daytime activities!

We are staying at the luxurious brand new Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres Adults Only All Inclusive Resort in Mexico. Click the resort link from the Travel page and enter our group booking code, CMWDEC25XCP, in the promotional code field to reserve your room. No deposit is required. A credit card is required to reserve the room, and it will be charged 30 days prior to your arrival, for the full price of the room. You can cancel your room and receive a full refund up to 24 hours prior to arrival.

A credit card (no deposit) is required to reserve your room, and the resort will charge the full price 30 days prior to your arrival date. While we hope you’ll be able to join us, if necessary, you may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 24 hours before arrival. Flights should be purchased separately after securing your room.

Answer

You need a valid passport to travel to Mexico. It’s recommended to ensure your passport won’t expire within six months of your departure date. If it does, renew it as soon as possible. You do not need a visa to travel to Mexico.

The closest airport is Cancun International. The airport code is CUN. Round-trip luxury transportation to and from the airport is included if you book your room for at least three nights using our PROMO/DISCOUNT code. It’s a 40-minute drive from the airport to the resort.

To fully enjoy the weekend festivities, we recommend arriving at Cancun International Airport (CUN) by 1:00 PM on Friday to allow time for resort check-in and relaxation before the celebration begins. For departures, we suggest booking return flights departing from CUN at 3:00 PM or later on Monday to ensure a smooth and stress-free checkout experience.

Cancún International Airport (CUN) is one of the busiest airports in the Caribbean and Mexico, offering a modern and efficient travel experience. Here’s what to expect: Immigration & Customs: After landing, you’ll go through immigration (have your passport and travel documents ready), followed by customs. Baggage Claim: Luggage generally arrives quickly, but delays can happen during peak hours. Transportation & Timeshare Sales: As you exit customs, you’ll walk through a corridor with aggressive timeshare salespeople—just keep moving to the designated transportation area. For those staying three or more nights, Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres will provide additional transportation details when booking with our PROMO/DISCOUNT code. Our actual anniversary is October 8, but since it falls during hurricane season, we decided to celebrate in December to ensure the best possible experience for everyone. The weather in December is more predictable and perfect for a tropical getaway in Mexico! We hope this timing makes it easier and safer for all of our guests to join us in celebrating this special milestone.
