Where will the ceremony and reception be?

Both events will be held at Carolina Grove in Hillsborough, NC. 1001 Lipscomb Grove Church Rd, Hillsborough, NC 27278

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal attire required. Please wear lilac (shades of purple), shades of grey or shades of green. Think pastel. Please do not wear white, as it is reserved for the bride!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The deadline will March 7th, 2026. Invitations will be sent out in advance.

What if I miss the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate guests that miss the RSVP deadline. Our vendors need adequate time to prepare for all of our guests. No exceptions will be made. Thanks for understanding!

What if I can no longer attend the event?

Answer

If you are not able to attend our wedding, no worries! Please RSVP and select “Will Not Attend”. If you have already RSVP’d that you will be attending and can no longer attend, please contact the Bride and Groom.

Are children allowed?

Answer

No. We love your children, but due to certain restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18.

Are plus one's allowed?

Answer

Only if formally invited. All guests and plus ones have been printed on Save the Dates and Invitation envelopes. We are unable to accommodate guests not formally invited. If you have additional questions regarding plus ones, please reach out to the Bride and Groom personally.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

While our caterer is offering a variety of food options, please let us know as soon as possible what your allergies and/or restrictions are so that we can alert our caterer to make accommodations.

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

No. We have hired great photographers and videographers to capture our day. Content will be shared as soon as possible. Please respect our privacy and don't share photos on social media (this includes live streaming) until we have made a formal wedding announcement.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. There will be an open bar providing beer, wine and spirits at the conclusion of the ceremony during cocktail hour and the reception.

Where do I park?

Answer

There will be ample parking directly attached to the venue. As you arrive, it will be clear where to park off to your right. Once parked, follow the path up to the venue.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Doors will open at 3:15pm. Please arrive and be seated by 3:50pm. Once the ceremony begins, guest will have to wait until the conclusion of the 30-minute ceremony to be allowed in. Late guests are welcome to still join us for cocktail hour and the reception!
