When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know your plans by September 15th, 2023. We hope we get to celebrate together!

How far is the airport from the hotels?

Answer

The best airport to fly into would be Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). The hotels are about 1 hr and 10 min. drive from the airport depending on traffic. We recommend renting a vehicle or taking an uber/taxi with other family members or friends!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will be starting at 4:00 pm. We ask that you please be seated by 3:30-3:45 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire- Ladies: please wear cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits Gentlemen: please wear a suit/tie, stylish jacket/slacks, and dress shoes

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Come dressed for an outdoor ceremony/cocktail hour. The average temperatures of Pennsylvania in November can be 50 to 60 degrees F. We ask that you check the weather beforehand so you can dress comfortably! Let's hope for warm weather :)

What time (and from where) is the shuttle leaving the hotel?

Answer

There will be a shuttle to and from our wedding! The shuttle will be stopping at both hotels (Hampton and Home2). The shuttle will be leaving at approximately 2:20 pm from Hampton Inn and Suites (and 2:30 at Home2) to get everyone there on time! There is a bar/restaurant open to the public at Wyndridge if you'd like to get a drink if you get there early! We ask that you please be seated by 3:30-3:45 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! If you would like to drive yourself, Wyndridge Farm has a large parking lot.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “Will Not Attend,” on our wedding website so we can plan accordingly.

Answer

We’ve registered through Zola for a few things we'd love to start our married life together! You can find our registry online at www.zola.com/wedding/martyandjovita/registry.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When you RSVP online, there is an option to list any dietary restrictions and we will do the best we can to accommodate.
