When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than July 20, 2026 or we'll assume you decline

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

If weather permits the ceremony will be held outside behind Belhurst Castle on the lawn. The reception will be in the Castle Ballroom. If the weather does not allow the ceremony to be outside it will be held in the Castle Ballroom.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive to Belhurst Castle at 3:30pm to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm

Is the venue accessible for all guests with mobility needs?

Yes, for detailed information please visit: https://www.belhurst.com/accessibility Direction for outdoor ceremony: The public entrance is accessible via a ramp from the parking lot. There is a wide cement walkway that leads to two sets of double-wide doors. The doors on the right lead to the Hotel Front Desk. After entering through a second set of double-wide doors is the Hotel Lobby. Stonecutters Tavern is to the right of the front desk shortly down the hallway and has a door to the outdoor seating area that connects to a paved path leading to the ceremony on the lawn

When will we eat?

Answer

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with choice of entrée selected with your RSVP card. Sweets and late night snacks will also be served. Please note any dietary restrictions or allergies with your RSVP card.
