Question

Is there a mandatory deposit to book my room?

Answer

Yes, there is a $50 deposit per room reservation.

Question

If I book my room reservation and then need to cancel, will I receive a refund?

Answer

Yes! Any payments made toward your room reservation are 100% refundable if you cancel before September 20th, 2026. Contact Amber via email to cancel—her information is listed in the Travel section, and she can help.

Question

When does the room need to be paid off in full?

Answer

Your room selections need to be paid off in full by October 1st, 2026. You put down a $50 deposit when you book your stay and then you have until the deadline to pay your room off.

Question

Can I decide how many days I stay?

Answer

Yes! Our room block is reserved for December 3–8, 2026, but all reservations require a minimum stay of 3 nights. If you’d like to extend your stay to arrive earlier or leave later, just contact Amber.

Question

Can I change the number of nights after booking?

Answer

Yes! You can add as many nights to your reservation as you like and later reduce them by sending Amber a written email before September 20th, 2026, without any penalty. Swim-up suites book up quickly, so we recommend booking your full desired stay first and then adjusting as needed. It’s better to “go big and then take off” than to book a short stay and hope to extend, since availability isn’t guaranteed.

Question

What if I want to change the number of people in my room or update the names on my reservation?

Answer

No problem! You can add or remove people from your room as long as it fits the room’s capacity (usually 4 per room, except for the family suite holds 6) by the September 20th, 2026 ideally. To do so, contact Amber. For special circumstances past the deadline, contact Alyssa and we can see if there are any solutions.

Question

What if I’m not sure I’ll be able to make the wedding and won’t know until after the September 20th, 2026 deadline?

Answer

No worries! There are options for special circumstances, such as being a student with an uncertain schedule. Please contact Alyssa directly before booking your stay, and we can discuss the best solution for your situation.

Question

Is travel insurance a good idea?

Answer

Yes! Travel insurance helps safeguard your trip. After booking your stay in our room block, you can make changes penalty-free up until September 20th, 2026. After that date, your stay becomes non-refundable, but travel insurance can help protect your investment.

Question

Is travel insurance refundable?

Answer

No, travel insurance is non-refundable.

Question

Can you break down the different travel insurance options available through the booking site in easy-to-understand language?

Answer

Yes! There are two options: Group Elite – Must be purchased within 5 days of booking your room. This plan allows you to cancel your stay for any reason, at any time, and receive a full refund of what you paid. No proof or explanation is required. Group Select Insurance – Can be purchased anytime up until September 20th, 2026. This plan covers cancellations for events such as hospitalization and other major reasons listed in their policy, but proof is required.

Question

When is the best time to buy flights?

Answer

Most major airlines—like American, Delta, and United—release flights about a year in advance. Other airlines, such as JetBlue, Frontier, and Southwest, typically release flights about 6 months in advance.

Question

Where should I buy my flight? Are there any sites I should avoid?

Answer

Yes—avoid third-party booking sites like Expedia. While they may offer discounted rates, if your flight is canceled or rescheduled, a refund is not guaranteed. We recommend booking directly through the airline—by law, airlines must provide a refund if your flight is canceled or rescheduled. Good options include American Airlines, Delta, United, Southwest, JetBlue, and Frontier. Always use their official websites for booking.
