Matron of Honor
Maggie met Liz during her freshman year of college and they have been best friends ever since. Lucky for her, Liz is John's twin sister. It is because of her that they are now together. Liz and Maggie have always been there for each other during the exciting and hard times in their lives. Maggie was ecstatic to be the maid of honor in Liz's wedding in 2020 and 2021. It was no question that Liz was going to be her Matron of Honor as well. She holds a specials place in both Maggie and John's lives, especially being the key that brought them together.
Chas Busz
Best Man
John and Chas met as wrestling teammates at Cleveland State in 2013. Since then, they've enjoyed many years as good friends. They spent three years as teammates in college, as well as a few years working landscaping in the summers together. Since college, John and Chas, along with his wife, Alanna, have been great friends, and have had many great memories together. Before moving to Northfield, John and Chas have spent many days golfing, cooking out, and spending time together at Chas' house in Cleveland, which was about 10 minutes away from John's old apartment in Lakewood. Over the years, their friendship has remained very close and it was a no doubter asking Chas to be his best man.
Sarah Martin

Maggie and Sarah have been best friends since 7th grade. Unfortunately they have had to endure a lot of long distance friendship when Sarah lived in California and now in West Virginia. However, Sarah and Maggie still make time to see each other and talk. Having known each other for so long there is almost nothing they don't share with or know about each other. Sometimes it is hard to look back and believe how much they have been through together as friends and imagine how much more they will experience together in the future.
Cameron Lathem
Groomsman
John and Cam met in 2016 when Cam began college at CSU. The two were drill partners in wrestling practice for a couple of seasons and became great friends. They have many great memories from the Wrestling House as well as enjoying racing and golf, and AC/DC music. Cam is also a wrestling coach and teacher, and he currently works at Teays Valley High School outside of Columbus, along with our other great friend (and groomsman), Ryan.
Cassie Esmont

Cassie and Maggie met a few years ago when Cassie moved from Michigan to Cleveland. Maggie claims Cassie as her first "Adult Best Friend" since meeting away from college or work. Cassie and Maggie have been there for each other for some many excited times the last few years; like Cassie getting married and having an amazing baby boy. Cassie and Maggie also just love to hangout and bake or watch movies. Both are excited to have become close over the last few years and to continue to share in each others lives.
Ryan Ford

John and Ryan also met as college teammates at Cleveland State. Since their college days, they have been great friends, including memories as the Wrestling House, golfing, and some fun times that may or may not end in wrestling matches in the back yard. Ryan is also a history teacher and wrestling coach like John, and he currently works at Teays Valley High School with their other good friend (and groomsman), Cam.
Amy Bernardy

Maggie and Amy met in college and have been friends ever since. They have had the joys of experiencing life together. From watching each other graduate from college to traveling together, they have made so many memories. Maggie was also in Amy's wedding and has been there to watch Amy move into new homes, and begin a new family with two beautiful boys. Amy and Maggie love to have fun together and are always there for each other.
Andrew Coghill

John and Andrew have been good friends since Andrew joined the CSU wrestling team in 2014. They were off and on drill partners for a couple of seasons, as well as meeting in matches at open tournaments several times throughout their wrestling careers. They both enjoy golfing and play together in multiple golf outings each year. John and Andrew began coaching together at Andrew's high school alma mater, Nordonia, in 2019, and have remained good friends ever since.
Reba Schneider

Being Maggie's little sister, Reba and Maggie haven't always gotten along, as sisters often do. Still Maggie couldn't even imagine her wedding without her sister there with her. Maggie and Reba have so many memories growing up playing together, traveling together and so much more. When they are together they often reminisce on fun times together and laugh until they cry. Being sisters hasn't always been easy, but Maggie and Reba are always there to support each other.
Chris Morrow

John and Chris have been good friends for many years since meeting as wrestling teammates at Cleveland State. They even had a year of being roommates at their apartment in Lakewood from 2020-2021. John and Chris bond over their shared love of rock music and playing cards, and have many great memories together. Chris now lives in Chicago, so the two do not see each other as often, but it always a great time when they get together.
Niya Drummond

Niya is Maggie's cousin. Being just over a year apart, Maggie and Niya have been best friends since Niya was born. Having spent countless summers together growing up and continuing to make memories together as adults, Maggie could not imagine her wedding without Niya by her side. Never failing to make each other laugh until they cry, Maggie's wedding will be another day for them both to cherish forever.
Zac Neumeier

John and Zac met way back in high school, where they were teammates on the cross country team together. The two have had many years of friendship since and share a love of golf and spending times with friends. Throughout their high school days, John, Zac, and their friends spent many weekends and time together, and always found times in the summers to meet up. In 2022, John was honored to be a groomsman in Zac's wedding, and it was a very proud moment to be a part of his wedding to his wonderful wife, Sydni, who is also a longtime friend of John's.
